It will work great till the first time you squeeze it or put pressure against it. Paint can only flex so much......and it wont flex at the same rate as the rubber. -
Paint no, but I'll bet you could probably dye it.
Check out RIT brand dyes. Post up and let us know if it works.Too many hobbies, Too little time.
