I know I can not loan my hi-cap mags to anyone, as in let them take them home with them. What if I am at the range and someone else like my wife or brother pick up one of my guns to shoot it and it has a pre-ban hi-cap mag in it. Are they breaking the law? I keep a glock at home for protection, do I need to keep seperate mags by the gun labeled with names on them so if my wife has to use it she has to load it with one of her magazines?

No to all of the above. -
you can loan your large-cap mags at the range legally, as long as your are nearby.Jack
Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!Comment
