how is he abusing the law? you either follow the law or don't, and he is following the law.

would you care to say those that own OLL's are also abusing the law? since the anti-gunners did try to stop us from owning "assault rifles" but they were just too stupid to figure out how to do it effectively and thus the OLL loophole that totally defeats the main purpose of the assault weapon ban.

The guy did not abuse any laws he was in fact fallowing the law and exercising his rights. If you honestly think that he should be taken to jail then you are the reason we have such strict gun laws and have to pay for good lawyers because we fallow the law and you have to infringe on those laws we fallow and think you are right and your not.
