Lane 19(whoever you are), I turned in the AR pistol you forgot

    ....you're welcome.

Must have been that high speed, low drag gear you had on...you moved so fast your pistol didn't stand a chance.

There was a grey backpack(you can kind of see it in the picture), but I didn't touch anything. I was in the next lane and noticed they hauled a ton of gear out and never came back for the pistol....I did overhear the owner of the pistol ask the last shooter to hold off on putting it away so it could cool down.

Just a reminder to double/triple check your gear before you leave. I'm sure they realized it was missing soon after, it's probably safely at home by now.

Not my pistol, but if it was mine I'm glad there are still folks who return things they find.

When I leave the range I triple check my bag to make sure I grabbed everything. I also check again when I put it in my trunk. Nice to see honest people in this world.......good job.

Hopefully the range employee you turned it into is as honest as you are!!

That was really a stand up, good thing to do. If you ever get up North above the Bay Area, you have a free box of .223 coming your way from me. Great example of restoring my faith in people for the year.
