    TDS Guns - Shout out!!

I just want to say thank you to Bianca at TDS Guns for hooking me up!

I did a PPT through TDS a few weeks ago which was a mutually agreeable location between each parties. Their were a few minor issues during the PPT (them) and then I go and show up a day early to pick up my gun (me). I finally get over there to pick up the gun and all goes smoothly. I receive a phone call from Bianca telling me that they need me to come back in to sign paperwork that wasn't signed when I orginally needed picked up the gun. No biggie except that I work in Placerville and there is no way to get over there before they close.

I work it out that I am able to get there on the 23rd to sign the paperwork. As a thank you for coming back a 3rd time in order to sign the papers, she comped me a box of 9MM ammo for my new gun. Customer service like that will definitely keep me around as a customer.

Thank you Bianca and Thanks TDS Guns!!

I LOVE TDS! I go there because every one of their staff is courteous and awesome! Sometimes TDS doesn't have what I need in stock and I have to go to another black rifle store - which SUCKS because the staff are rude and act put off when you ask them questions or want to handle a firearm. at TDS they offer advice, engage in coversation, have personal experience and input on products and always go out of their way to make sure I get what I need. VERY COOL PLACE!

I usually have less than steller luck at most places. Every time I've been to TDS in Bonita, they have given me decent to GREAT customer service. I went with my friend to change from the old sporter allen key lock to a radlock and they installed it for free and helped us out. Then gave him a discount without us even asking. I hope they get thier FFL soon as they are close to my apartment there and no one has even displayed an interest in getting me a certain firearm.

She is a nice lady... Great here you got all worked out. I have been dealing with them for about 2 years now and I choose to use them for most of my parts for my builds.

TDS is great as long as your patient. If you expect service to be super fast don't bother because they're almost always packed. They are also a little on the expensive side but /shrug people gotta make a living. I got an 18 inch upper for over 100 bucks less somewhere else including shipping and taxes.... the exact same item.

I visited TDS recently, seems like a nice place. I was surprised to see an exact twin of the Charter Arms Bulldog .44 Special I bought 7 years ago selling for double what I paid for it (new) - didn't realize prices had gone up so much. But I was able to find some "tactical" accessories that I had been looking for. If they're not careful, they may end up cutting into Sacramento Black Rifle's customer base for such doo-dads. Nice place and helpful staff, I will be back no doubt.

Bruss... they already do (with me and my friends anyway) we stopped going to sbr due to the attitude of the majority of their staff (not all of the, mind you)
Only thing i get at sbr is magazines (because tds wont sell you parts kits, just blocked mags that wont hold 10 rounds)

Sure, i could drive a little further and spend a little less at sbr... but the service is worth the small price increase at tds

TDS is a great outfit. The ownership there is top notch and works hard to keep the people behind the counter customer service oriented. I've had great experiences with both TDS and River City Gun Exchange.

I don't mind waiting in line, I expect to get personal attention when it's my turn, just as the other folks in line should too when they have their turn. In the meantime, I'm patient, and both of these shops have gone beyond expectations to help me out.

                    I don't think it's nice,...you laughing.
You see, my mule don't like people laughing.
He gets the crazy idea you're laughing at him.
Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to,
I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
