About to pull the trigger on....

a proper pair of shooting glasses right now im looking at either the oakley radar pitch glasses or the ess crossbow. The cross bow come with 3 different lenses right out of the box and an oakley replacement lens costs about 60. The price difference isnt a huge issue i just want to get some opinions on if the price bump is worth it or any experience people have had with either. thanks

Love my Oakleys. I've owned seven pairs and they have all been great.

I have the Oakleys and really like them. I also recently picked up some Rudy Project ones so I could get a prescription pair. Check out the Rudy Project shooting package. Comes with 5 lenses for $279.

Go with Oakley. Hands down the best eye wear on the market.

You get what you pay for with Oakley.

Oakleys are ordered so for the other lens is clear the way to go or one of the yellow or orange high def ones???

How does yellow do in bright, summer days? I can't remember well but I think yellows are for 'dusk' shooting.

What conditions are you going to be shooting in?

I'd have a look at the G26 lens for a solid all around lens, and clear if your indoors or its darker conditions. Having the darkest lens possible isn't always ideal.

Oakley has an awesome discount for military and law enforcement - I prefer the M frame 2.0s, they didn't feel like they were crushing my head like the Sawfly revisions or Uvex glasses I was issued to use with a Bose radio headset in Iraq.

I mainly shoot outdoors but occasional indoor shooting. I want something for low light as well as possible night shooting. So I'm thinking the clear might be better.
