    Rifle Gear Rocks.

Did a private party transfer this evening at Rifle gear, drove a few hours to get there, had my son with me. Those guys got me in and out in about 15 minutes. I have never had service that great and fast especially for a PTT. Used to getting treated like trash and waiting. Too bad they are nowhere close to me otherwise they would have a lot of my money. Ton of great guns available and great service. Definitely a great dealer to work with.

They are the best...I drive out of my way to use them for PPT's and out-of-state transfers.

They understand what an 03 + COE can do, too!!!

No offense intended but was it crowded or empty lol. Like going into TDS and saying the PPT there sucks because it took 20 mins... they're always packed so little sarcasm lol. Always nice to see good cutomer service its rare now adays for people to actually back up their we treat the customers right claim....

              Another +1 for them.

              They go above and beyond.

Last week, I ordered some small parts and a t-shirt.
They shipped it USPS in the small priority mail box.

I live in a condo, and our mailboxes are exactly wide enough for one of those boxes.
Unfortunately, we have a door in the front that the mailman doesn't have to bother with.

So the only way to get the box out of my mailbox was to open the box, remove the contents, and crush the empty box.

The box was securely taped, thus requiring the use of a knife.
The sides of the mailbox prevented access to the corners of the box... I had to make a cut in the middle of one end.

I made a 1" cut, that allowed me to get a finger in and rip the end off of the box.
Unfortunately, this 1" cut also went through my t-shirt.

I told my wife to take the debris to the post office the next day and tell them that they owed me $12.
              Of course, they didn't agree
She came home and called Riflegear.
The next day when I got home, there was a UPS box sitting on the TV with a new shirt in it.

It wasn't their fault that the mailmoron stuffed the box into my box when he should have carried it to my door.
It wasn't their fault that I cut too deeply.

I'm pretty sure that my wife simply called them to see about them filing a claim

My only gripe is that when there are a gajillion other customers there and it takes a while to get helped. Have gotten quality service every single time I have set foot in the shop and I've yet to walk out of these spending less than $100. I'm glad to have a great FFL close to home.

they have the ticket system which helps a lot when it's busy

but yes, they are great for ppt's.

and you can always buy from them online and have it shipped to your doorstep!

Another thumbs up for rifle gear! I just ordered a stripped lower from them and had some questions, called them this morning and they took care of everything If only they were a little bit closer to San Diego I could hit up their store more often.
