OK, so I order a PT Hostage and Evil Roy practice target on Dec. 3rd from shopactiontarget.com, and the auto-reply says they will email me when the order ships. After 1 week with no shipping notification I email the sales guy for my order status and got no response. OK, they must be busy. I'll just be patient and wait until they catch up.
Lo and behold, I get home yesterday and I've got 4 boxes from Action Target in my driveway, partially pushed under my 2nd car. It rained yesterday. Boxes were all sogged out. Would have been nice to get the tracking number when it shipped, as they promised, so maybe I could've gotten home to receive the delivery and not have to carry sopping wet and now flimsy as hell boxes with 150+ lbs of steel in them into the house.
Ok, so now into the house go the targets and I'm starting to forget about the cruddy delivery until..... you guessed it........ I discover I'm missing the Hostage swinger plate. Grrrrrrrrrreat!
I emailed my sales contact yesterday and my message went into a black hole, apparently. I called them all freaking day today and they are all either on the other line, or out to lunch, or hell, out shooting somewhere for all I know. I also left them a voicemail and no return call.
So what am I supposed to do, just use The Force and hope the swinger plate gets here? I'm way less than impressed with the CS I'm getting from these guys. Maybe they ought to tell Nutnfancy to keep their name outta his mouth until they can get their S*** together.
