Aluminum doesn't rust like steel does, it'll be fine.

(and you mean the magnet doesn't stick because it's not steel/ferrous(ferrous basically meaning that it has iron in it), aluminum is definitely metal )

Don't worry about it. It's the first of many nicks and bits of wear here and there that your gun will acquire during use and cleaning(if you're not keeping it as a safe queen). As long as it doesn't cause a function problem(like metal sticking out and adding friction to the slide as it moves across the rail) it'll be fine.

If it doesn't have any nicks or dings on it, you haven't been using it properly (or enough).

Birchwood Casey Aluminum Black Touch-Up should take care of your scratch on frame. clean oils/grease off area first, dry the area and just put a dab on with q-tip; give it a minute and it's done.

There are all stainless models but most are stainless slide/aluminum frame or carbon steel slide/aluminum frame.
