desert eagle case

I just purhcased an Israeli Desert Eagle .50, however it did not include the case therefore im considering buying a case the problem is im not sure which case I should go with, my options are:

1. The new Magnum Research Desert Eagle case which is very durable and looks nicer than the old style with hard plastic internal mold for $30.00 plus 12.00 for shipping purhcasing it direct from Magnum Research.

2. The original case which is kinda flimsy but its the original case which is labeled made in Israel and has been dis****inued for $69.00 free shipping from a person who has one and never used it.

I purchased a .50 DE pre-roster(around end of 2000), so I have the old case also. I actually never use it, because I never take the DE out solo, so it always rides with other guns in a case.

Will you ever be taking your DE out shooting without any other guns? If so maybe you have more justification buying the old case for a more original package. If not, buy a multi gun case and use that.

Also, if you plan on adding the muzzle break(I do) the pistol will not fit in the original case.
