Promag 10 round ak-47 polymer mags

I was wondering if any of you who own this magazine have been allowed to fit 11rounds? I just purchasesd two mags and they both fit 11rounds each. Is this illegal?

i posted yesterday my mags held 11 also.you need to take them apart and send them back. from what i understand that whole batch is like that. i did have the tan and black both held eleven.did your mag body fit into your gun.mine didn't
