? about Intfafamily transfer. HELP!

Hello all,

My question is in regards to the handgun infrafamily transfer eligibility...


My grandfather passed away earlier this year and my grandmother was cleaning and found two handguns.... one semiauto and one a revolver.... besides the topic......my question is... Can i use the intrafamily transfer form from my grandmother to myself and pay the 19$ for each pistol and be ok?

My question is derived from not knowing who in your family is eligable for intrafamily transfer...

Examples... grandmother to grandson.... uncle to nephew.... father to son... ect....

grandmother to grandson is good to go........in the same state. Also ok interstate but then you need a FFL to transfer.

Grandparent to/from grandchild, parent to/from child is the defined 'family'.

If Grandmother is a CA resident, the OPLAW form is the right way for the described situation.

Also it is $19 for all guns listed on the form, do them all at once= one $19 fee. Not $19 per gun.
