    HKS mag loader

Anybody use one? I plan on frequenting the range quite often and would like to avoid magazine thumb syndrome, do these things work as advertised? Are they worth the money?

they work! people see me at the range and they are always amazed at how fast/easy i can slip cartridges into a mag.

funny thing is they ask where they can get one... i point to behind the register where they are hanging hahahaha!

Skip the HKS and just get the maglula universal pistol loader. I love that thing.

I'll let you know once I have mine in hand. I'd imagine you could rest it against your knee/hip/thigh while reloading but I'll confirm that for you.

Seeing as how you have to push the UpLula down in order to load the next bullet, it seems reasonable that you'd have to have a foundation on which the mag must butt up against. Would this be a deal breaker for you?

Can you use the same HKS loader you currently use on various other single and double stack mags? I think that's the huge selling point for UpLula, alot of you guys have more than one gun and would have to buy more than one HKS unit in order to speed load your mags, the Maglula is universal.

LOL, I sound like a salesman now.

In any case, I know in my situation, I currently have a single stack mag but I'll be getting a new gun pretty soon so it's nice to know that my speed loader will not only work on the mags I currently have, but on my future mags as well.

I have one. Saves the fingers. You will load slow at first. Once you get the hang of it, Its faster.

Nice. I'm not too worried about the speed of it, I just want to be able to shoot 400 rounds w/o killing my thumbs.

The UpLULA is THE mag loader for pistols. You would not believe how fast these things sell. I personally have sold about 1000 since April and 1040 since Feb.

                            You will not regret it.

My UpLula arrived today and I love it! I can't wait to get out to the range next weekend once my Smith and Wesson gel shooting gloves arrive.

The UpLula is awesome, makes loading the mag a breeze. I just sat here and loaded/unloaded my mag like 3 times just cause it was that easy.
