overall length question on AR

Is the overall length of M4 style carbine about 33" with stock in collapsed position, 16" barrel (including flash hider)?

Thanks. I had seen a 32.75" number on the net and wanted to confirm that it was around 33"

The reason I asked: Looking at a padded carry bag that is designed for something else and I wanted to see if it would work with an M4 style AR.
