No it's open to all. Just bring money. Lots of good things to buy there.

go every year really good show last year pick up 520-30 trench very reasonable much bigger than any thing in ca at least 3 time coasta mesa

Yes. They are both in the same place, they are combined.

When I go I usually buy up all the grenades and 50-caliber sniper rifles I can find and then sell them to the shady looking Mexicans in the parking lot.

It's amazing that if you just step over the border into AZ you can buy real grenades and machine guns for only pennies on the dollar with no background checks!
