I straightened up my legal issues and sent in my complete pfec application over 4 months ago. How long should i expect to wait? I have a lot of things waiting to move forward, but cant do to the fact that the doj has not responded. Any suggestions...

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good! -
CA DOJ BOF says it takes 90-120 days to process it due to budgetary issues.
Time period starts when they cash your check, not when you mailed the form.
