Advice needed for planning a shoot....

Instead of an obligatory dinner at a restaurant for my birthday this year, I decided to rent a private range at Burro Canyon this year. A little shoot and bbq for my friends. I was expecting about 12 people, but one thing led to another and now there are 25. Not all are shooters, but wives and girlfriends are coming. Buddies are comin, there are a few newbies etc etc.

Long story short need some advice on how I can best keep this get together safe and fun. I got the food and gear all planned out, but not sure the best way to keep people safe and still have fun. Everyone attending (with the exception of one 13 yr old) is an adult with a couple LEOs too. 12 adults are experienced shooters. There are a few first timers tho. I want to have an open shooting session: just set up some targets and have at it. Also would like to set up some targets and have a little run and gun course. Also any suggestions on setin this up would be greatly appreciated!
