Black Friday at Wall-Mart

I was in the Milpitas Wall-mart today and confirmed that they will be a sale on Ammo.
I also saw some Knifes on sale. Here's the rub - Buck knifes ($20) made in USA. Bear Grylls Knifes ($20) Made in China. Kershaw ($10) made in China if Buck can sell knifes made in USA for $20 why can't Bear?

I thought bears knife was made by gerber, either way its made in China.
