So my question: When I turned 18, my step father passed ob his Marlin 15yn rifle to me to use. It was never registered in my name, and he says when he bought it he didn't have to DROS it or anything. I now have someone who is looking to buy... is the gun still legally my step fathers property?

He is still alive, and purchased the gun in the late 80s I believe. He's been very fuzzy with the details, which almost makes me want to just give the gun back and be done with it.Comment
