Shotgun Patterning at Concord USI?

I need to pattern my shotgun and I know they have an "area" for patterning shotguns at Concord's USI. I'm a member there....
Does there have to be an RO in the area?
How much does it cost?
Is it available to use all the time (range is open)?

Thanks! Didn't know the clubhouse had its own number...
But I'd still like to hear of anyone's experpience when patterging at USI.
