Gun Fever Credo

I'm jonesin' for more guns
it surely is no sin
nothins' better than my AR
except maybe that FN

loadin' up on ammo
in case of anarchy
30 round mags galore
is what I really need

yes gun fever has struck again
it's got me by the balls
no sense in useless resistance
I strongly heed the call

to arm myself to the max
and when all is said and done
I go to sleep with peace of mind
protecting my home front

I'll strip my gun and clean it
to do so is a must
never run out of ammo
to do so is a bust

it's what I devoutly believe in
it's what I prefer to do
spend my time and money
my good buddies do it too

when gun fever strikes there is no cure
shoot our guns we must
cause when it's all said and done
it's "In Our Guns We Trust"

that's allright, just let it flow
I'm gonna fuel the fever
dreamin' of more guns and ammo
makes for a True Believer

.223 or .308
I'm good with either round
pistol, rifle and shotgun
to this creed we're bound

I've hollowed out my Bible
to put my gun inside
I don't think the Lord will mind
He's likely filled with pride

that some men will step forward
to heed their earthly call
to practice this religion
and do so standing tall
