    Sounds like your boss is lieing and trying to be a nice guy by making a BS story to get you to stop having stuff shipped to work. Homeland Security wouldn't be handling this, ATF would. And they wouldn't call asking "Are you conducting illegal activities, if so please tell us."

        At my last job I got a call from someone saying that he was from Homeland Security, and that he had to get some important pictures developed.

        I say, sure, whatever bring them on down.

        He was a baggage screener at the airport.

                This does sound kind of weird. When I was working (am now retired) I had a Enfield and a Reproduction Musket shipped to my work address and no problem. In fact everyone wanted to hold them! Of course I warned the mail guy ahead of time what was coming by UPS, I think, and there was no problem. By the way this was a State Government office even.

                    Mystery solved. +1 to prank. We work in the wireless microwave business and my occaisonally get calls from DHS regarding frequencies and internet traffic. Well apparantley they thought it would be funny play a prank. SOB's. They expected this prank to go on for a week, but i called the DHS agent and got some info from him and nothing mentioned any firearms. I called em out on it and they had a good laugh. LOL. Dirty old bastards. Anyway thanks for all the opinions and replies everyone!
