So i have a trip coming up to California City OR possibly Spangler Hills out off of Trona Rd.
I will call the rangers if need be, but thought I would ask, A while back we could both shoot, and ride. Now shooting is off limits in these areas unless hunting, and then only with shotguns (last i heard). Basically it was becoming a hot spot for riders, and campers and they shut it down.
My questions is, do bows fall under the category of firearms? I know in the city of Ventura (where i reside) considers Bows to be firearms.
And yes, I am about sick to my stomach with all of the different laws and regulation we all live under, just trying to not get arrested on my first vacation in 3.5 years.
