                  Inner belt may be harder to ID, but seems to be VTAC Cobra belt. In all honesty though, the inner belt doesn't really matter. You can use pretty much any riggers belt although it should have a cobra buckle for easy on/off and adjustment.

                        +1 VTAC Brokos Belt in Multicam
                        and a VTAC Cobra Belt (Cobra buckle) for the inner belt.

                          Is this one of those pictures where you have to keep staring at it and a belt will somehow appear? I'm straining my eyes over here trying my darndest to see it but no go. These other guys that claim to see it must be making things up.
