If you don't have a C&R, do you know someone who does who would place the order for you?

IIRC, LEO and military get dealer pricing from Brownell's. (At least the LEO and .mil I know do, and they don't have a C&R.)

The C&R discount has saved me WAY more money at midway than the 30 dollars it cost me to get it.
