    Help confirm sig magazine

OK so was out in my garage going through boxes of junk and came across an unopened Sig Sauer magazine. Pretty sure this is from either a p230 or p232? I had a stainless .380 back in early 90's just don't remember what number it was. I going to assume they are compatible between the two?

Anyways here is a few pictures to help ID it. Thanks in advance!

I pulled it apart to make sure the spring wasn't rusted and it looks brand new, was stiff as heck getting it to go back in the body and I scratched the mag trying to get it apart.

Imagine if it was high capacity.

Boy I wish I was old enough to find high capacity magazines in my garage.

The good thing is I am old enough!

The bad is this was not one of my better finds, just a standard 7 round .380 mag. Too bad I don't remember the gun that well or I would know what magazine this is and of course the label is too worn to see what model it was.

That's a Sig P230 magazine. Came with the P230ALU (aluminum frame). It is compatible with the P230 SL (stainless) gun. Not sure if compatible with the P232 (current version).

Thank you! Yes this was one of the extra magazines I picked up for the gun, promptly threw it in a box of parts and pieces and forgot about it for almost 20 years. Will now do some research to see if it is compatible with the p232.
