Pretty easy. Got them all correct except for #10, since I said 'No' to that one.

But if you have some common sense, and follow the news with what's going on, then most people should know just about all of the answers.

What I got a kick out of was it took the Feds 5 years to figure out submachine guns were Not Good w/ Gangsters.. (1929--1934)

Got them all right but Da*n -- that was an annoying 'test'.
People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

That was stupid... number 10 is completely subjective.

I guess I'll have to go look it up... those arguments "may" have been made about D.C. vs Heller, but I thought at stake was the fact that Heller worked outside of D.C. as an armed security guard and the D.C. law prevented him from legally transporting or storing his work required firearm to and from his house.

In my mind that doesnt make the rest of their choices relevant simply because some over paid gunhating attorney pogue said them in court.

Oh well, the important thing is it was overturned, as was Chi-towns.

Seriously... some of the available answers for 1-5 were

                  Question 10 was dumb.
"Probably not" or "Impossible to know"?

"Probably not" is entirely the opinion of the test writer and can not be counted as an incorrect answer.

I answered 'impossible to know' for question 10, and was actually surprised I missed it. It would seem like the best answer available.

I guess whoever wrote up this 2A test thought they'd be clever by inserting personal beliefs. I'm pretty sure they succeeded in swaying no one.
