    S&W customer Service

I recently had a model 63 I had to send back for the third time. S&W called me and told me it was unrepairable. They are sending a replacement. While it's been a hassle, they do stand behind their product, and have been very nice on the phone. While I was upset at first, I realize this is a mass produced product, and these things happen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with, and are making right.

I don't like the internal locks on their revolvers in CA. Would get a Ruger SP101 over a j-frame if only for that reason. Emailed them, and they said they were not aware of any problems with them. I question the corporate honesty in that.

Would comment on S&W customer service, but all the guns I've bought from S&W have worked fine with no issues so far.

Yep, S&W treated me great when my M&P slide started rusting. Had the shipping label in my in-box before I hung up with customer service. They sent me back a new slide w/night sights and an extra mag.
