They are assuming they sold them with high capacity mags. Sold as parts kits i'd bet. Probably all glocks, and sig's. funny thing is the high cap law is a state issue and the atf is a federal orginization.Comment

I would speculate that the LEOs are being investigated because of the purchase of firearms not approved for non LE sales, and the rapid turn around sales via PPT to non LE.
