    livingsocial/amazon/groupon dailydeals for Guns?

I get random emails from time to time from Livingsocial/amazon for the Sac area, the last one was a yoga deal (i didn't buy it) but around 600 people did. How about the NRA and a large manufacturer partnering with a local gun store like Sac Black Rifle on a daily deal? This would go out to everyone in the geographic area and not just gun owners.

it would be a nice way to advertise, who knows if livingsocial would even promote for a gun but if you know people who can move this forward, let them hear about it.
just happy to be here. I like talking about better ways to protect ourselves.

I'd be willing to do one for the guys in the central valley if anyone is interested. I'd have to talk to some manufactures first though.

I have gotten them for a trap session here in Southern California. Also, basic pistol class, range time and ammo for the range at LAX.

I dont know exactly where they came from, my mother sent them to me, but it was some kind of coupon service.

I've seen some shooting course deals on Living Social in the LA area, particularly at the Triple B Clays. The deal sounded like it was intended to get first timers out there to use a shotgun and then have a free bbq meal afterwards.

I've yet to see one for firearms themselves or for any parts.

Won't happen. Ranges, courses, sure. But guns? Nope.

First of all, those deals are proposed by companies (through LivingSocial or Groupon) that are new or hurting for customers.

          Gun manufacturers are not hurting.

Plus, I doubt that any of those coupon/group buy companies would be willing to publicize a firearms deal. They usually are not very gun-friendly, and they would probably be afraid of the bad publicity this would cost them.

I try to check these daily. Same concept, mostly gear, some training. Seem to be focused on nationwide/online retailers.
