    Shipping Guns

Can anyone please let me know if it is illeagal to ship guns from oreogon to california from myself to myself and the guns belong to me. I am in the middle of relocating and already have done so but left two behind and will be flying back for good soon and want to make sure that I don't do anything wrong. One is a hi point 45 acp and the other is a hi point 9mm carbine.

I don't believe there is a problem with shipping from/to yourself.

I don't know about restrictions from different carriers.

But, wait for someone that knows a whole lot more than me to chime in before you act.

It's perfectly legal to ship your own firearms from yourself in Oregon to yourself in California. Unfortunately both FedEx and UPS now require an FFL to be on at least one end of a firearms shipment. Only the USPS accepts these kinds of shipments now. The trouble is, you can't ship handguns through the USPS.
