Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man. Shotguns don't have to be registered so should be good to go.

I think I would go with a Telecaster. The bolt on neck would be the strongest to deal with terrorist zombies. I know most folks will say Strat, but I think the trem system is unreliable.
I mean, who needs to dive bomb when SHTF? That only happens in movies.

The Mosin is a C&R and be done cash and carry (no dealer required). If the 12GA single shot is more than 50 years old, it is also considered a C&R.

so if its c&r it wouldnt have to be drosd or anything to get it in my name so if im pulled over nothing bad happens and im not sure how old the 12 g is but ill find out. if it is i can buy both of them from him with no paperwork or dealer needed with no worry of legal trouble right?
