Low Recoil HD load for a shotgun!

So I have tried everything and here are my conclusions, some might not agree but this is what seems to work for me.

I have found my self loading Low recoil 00 and Low recoil slugs.
Why low recoil? Because after testing I was able to get follow up shots much faster and more accurate then full loads. Double Mag loads are out of the question, they recoil like you would not believe and sometimes stretch the plastic case to where it will not eject. I feel like I don't lose much terminal ballistics but gain a lot of control.

    Any thoughts?

The amount of people that load shot shells is pretty small to begin with
Most of those people that do load shot shells load them for trap and skeet

I am pretty much of zero help for shotgun loading

Though I do know low recoil makes sense for home defense, at least it does for me

I would just go with Federal 00buck low recoil with the Flighttech whatever technology.

The tightest grouping load for 3 different pump shotguns (Moss 500A, Rem 870, Win 1300) in my informal range testing.

Never had any issues with the ammo. Not cheap, but it's what I trust my life to.

That's the one. I'm not into gimmickery and latest do-dad.

That Flite Control works! Groups are noticeably tighter than any other low recoil load from the larger manf I could find.

I didn't even need to measure the difference, it was so clearly grouping tighter.

Went through about 80 rounds in that test and a bit less than 100 rounds of it overall on other range sessions. Haven't had a single issue from that particular ammo.

No, I don't work for Federal.

I have Federal low recoil not what kind exactly but in my house it would act more like a slug unless it went down the hallway.
