does this banned on open carrying handguns make carrying around an ar or ak pistol illegal? I know you can still open carry rifles but not handguns. Maybe its in the gray zone? Anyways it doesnt matter this law is bull anyways.

Are you planning to carry your AK pistol unloaded anytime soon? My guess is that it is a handgun by any definition in CA so yes it would be included in the open carry ban....what type of holster do you use?

i dont own a ak or ar pistol as of right now. I just wanted to know if you can carry one without it being illegal. Doesnt matter anyways, im pretty sure having any gun out in public will be illegal soon
