I received a California state employee charitable campaign letter today. I was wondering if anyone in the know knows if I can use this form to donate to cal guns. Thanks for your time.

I have looked at Calguns foundation and can't find the info I need for the form.
Organization code, and tax Id #

For your records, CGF's Federal ID no. is 26-2794094

but what is an 'organization code'? Is it perhaps a number from a list your employer is offering from which you are supposed to select? It isn't anything Federal, so far as I can determine.

ETA yes, that seems to be the case - see the donor resource guide from CSU Fresno.

Need to ask HR "What do I do if my chosen recipient does not have an organization ID?"
