with how many there have been lately, doesnt anyone else think it could be a quality control issue in ammo for the AR platform nowdays? This seems to happen to all manufactureres of Ar's and it seems pretty odd that there would be so many recently

the owner suggest it's a back preasure problem using a suppressor on a piston upper. Perhaps direct impingment is more tolerant? or that suppressor for piston uppers needs preasure relief/attenuation as suggested by a user comment?

Well if you shoot a lot of rounds through a suppressor...you can have some build up...back pressure....build up....fire or a maybe a KABOOM.....there are some cool videos on youtube that shows this happening...........

The AR is prolly the most prolific rifle in the US today...since the demise of the AW ban........lotta rifles....more stuff will happen.....
