Does this help the "common use" argument?

Courtesy of aquaman67 at AR15.com, a Bushmaster AR pattern rifle with what appears to be a standard capacity magazine in the sales rack at Wal-Mart:

For those who need it, here is photographic evidence of Bushmaster AR-15s at Wal Mart. Didn't get a good look at it. Didn't hold it. Just took a pic. That is all...

EDIT: Confirmed by Mingo at TheAKForum:

    Winning.

            Mine doesn't have any yet.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Hold on, that's not fair. The Walmart near me when I was in Virginia only had hunting rifles and rimfires. I think someone at Walmart made a mistake and ordered the wrong rifle there.
"Hey Wally, what rifles should we order for next month's inventory?"

What’s an Assault rifle? I think he must mean Semi Auto sporting rifle.

Modern Sporting Rifle, all good now. $70.00 cheaper than anywhere else I imagine.
