Looking for a FFL for an OOS transfer

I haven't done an out of state transfer in some time and am looking for one right now. Who has the current best rates? Does everyone charge this "Use Tax" now? I used to get an out of state transfer done for $50 straight up without any taxes.

Willing to drive approx 45 minutes from the SGV area.
