Miwall was there...didn't price out their reloads, but the .45 new stuff was $125/500 and .223 was (I think) $325/1000 for PMC. UMC was a little higher in cartons of 200.

Just got back .45acp was $125-$157/500 depending on what brand, I think the reloads were around $90/500 I picked up a case of winchester .40s&w for $107/500 and a couple bags of jerky

miwal had win white box 45 gr HP 40 rd pack... 200 rds for $117. I got the rest of it.

...and I got ACOG mounts to fit both the M60 and the MK19! So when they make off-list versions, I'll be able to mount optics!
