Poway Weapons & Gear - SD people

So i really just found out about them via Calguns. From the area and wasn't even aware they moved in. Anyone ever used them? Thoughts? opinions? How are ammo prices? I'm pretty sure their site doesn't do them much justice because online is always different than retail stores.

They live for the opportunity to be called to duty to protect the innocent. The sheepdog has fangs and the propensity for violence but hopes that he will not have to resort to it. However, he lives for that day when he will be able to use his warrior skills and mindset to keep the wolf from harming the sheep."

Just recently noticed the place myself. Just stopped in briefly to look around. Guy behind the counter was friendly enough. Cant comment on prices though, didn't really look at anything too closely. Glad to see more gun shops starting to pop up though.

I had an FAL shipped to them from a Marketplace purchase. Cheap, easy and friendly. I'd not hesitate to do business with them again. Didn't look @ ammo prices, but Steve said they'd be getting in some .308 soon and the price was decent. They seem to have a good selection of guns and gear. Most importantly, nice people.

I highly recommend them! If given the choice, I will go here first every time.

Nice folks. Only issue I had was with a Gun Genie transaction that I had with them. I thought I was getting a great deal on a H&R shotgun, turns out they don't include the DROS with their "complete" price quote, so upon doing the paperwork I was charged the DROS on top of my remaining balance. I wasn't too happy considering Gun Genie explicitly states the price quote includes all additional registration fees/taxes etc.

I bought a shotgun from them and they were friendly and helpful. Prices aren't the best but thats what I get for not shopping around.
