    Today my boss asks me....

Hey John, Did I show you were I keep the gun at? At first I was like then i was like then i finally was like . So he take s me to the location takes out a Makarov unloads it checks the chamber and hands it to me, says "I'm sure you know how to use this". Not only was i ecstatic, I'm glad he trust me that much. That was my excitement for the day.

      Awesome.
Where I work, we recently developed a new line of high performance LED lighting products for off road use. I was asked if I could take some of the product (which is crazy $$) and shoot at it to prove the rugged nature of the product. Apparently if you shoot through it, the other lights stay lit, while the one you decimated goes bye-bye.

My only question to them was "what caliber do you prefer, and at what range?"

My manager likes to come up to me with an imaginary handgun in a high compressed ready and starts with, "Asian Persuasion, so if the zombie apocalypse happened..." I love work

That'd be cool if my boss invited me shooting (she told me she owns a .45 handgun). Dunno if I'd want to spend time with her, though lol.

That happened to me once years ago. The boss took me out to his truck and showed me a J frame .357, loaded and ready to go. I remember thinking it didn't feel right somehow. I was pretty sure he didn't have a CCW and yet he was carrying a loaded pistol under his drivers seat.

It would be cool to be in that situation when the boss actually understood CA gun laws and knew what he was talking about when it came to guns.

One of you people should be my boss. That would be cool.

just curious, what company do you work for?

are the lights for off road racing or for off road in general...

I have a friend that built a cabin up there, on 40 acres. It is a great place to shoot.

Many MANY moons ago, I worked for a motorcycle exhaust system company---the chrome plater was located down on Alameda and Imperial Hwy. (Watts)---a truly shiity area (and not a lot better today)---our regular driver was sick and we really needed another batch of pipes driven down there. So, guess who got "volunteered" to make the run---that would be me, a young white guy with long hair and all. As I was about to drive off, the owner of the company reached under the passenger seat and produced a fully-loaded Browning P35 and said "Do what you have to do!" and placed the pistol back under the seat---at least I knew he cared!
