national match service rifle rules

Where can I find the allowed/disallowed rules for match service rifle configuration for nra-sanctioned competition? I viewed the nra site, but it appeared vague to me (unless I was looking in the wrong area). Does a rulebook exist on what's allowed/not allowed? I'm looking at 100~600yd ranges. Thanks!
