So my pre-block mags only hold 9 rounds....

    Rant on:

So I pick up some mags during a special, couple days go by and decide to load up my new Pmags and TADA they are so legal they only hold 9 rounds! #$#$#@$#@$#$!!!!!!!!!!!!! The drive to the store is 55 miles round trip for me, so by the time I spend my 2nd trip driving up there to replace these mags I should of just ordered them online, paid for shipping and been better off!

Now here is where it gets fun, call to let them know they are blocking the mags short and person on phone tells me "that is the legal amount they are allowed to have in them" I tell this person, "Sorry wrong answer, purchased mags from you before and they held 10, state law is 10 not NOT 9". So then I ask if anyone else has called to say anything about the mags and this person tells me, "well we did have a problem with a 10/30 holding less rounds"..... So what is it? The legal amount you allow or woops we screwed up with the rivet gun? And why would you advertise 10/20 pmags if they only held 9/20?

Well hoping they take care of me when I drive up there with something more then "we're sorry".

No at this point I'm not going to out the store, I will wait to see what happens when I drive up there.

    Rant off!

unless they use a jig to hold the mag and position the rivet perfectly each and every time, their QC isn't going to be there at all. rivets aren't the best way to block up the mags, especially if its someone free handing the rivet gun. especially now with the various internal blocks available.

some riveted mags also have issues with pushing the follower all the way to the top to allow for locking the bolt back when empty.
