    What does the group think

I met a fellow cal gunner today to do a ppt at a local shop.. Name withheld because I do need to go back in 11 days to pick up my items...
Anyway. Purchased a hand gun and a long gun .. I have done this before at other shops and they ALWAYS piggy back the long gun on the hand gun paper work...

So my question is what should I have paid to the shop for this.. ???

Maybe your other FFL was doing you a favor on their fees, but as far as I know, those require separate forms. One being a generic long gun form (which you can have multiples of on the same form) and one that is a handgun specific form, with one serial number per form.

    ETA: As far as price goes: $25x2 + $10x2 = $70

The question is what did you pay previously? To piggy back a rifle and pistol together.

I don't know how your dealer would do that. The pistol dros only has room for a single gun.

I paid twice. They said you can buy multiple rifles on one dross, but not use one dross for both.

It seems like a scummy gubament
move to steal extra money, so i accepted it without question.

If that's the case, then your previous FFL is taking the financial hit himself - he still has to pay for each DROS form.
