I did a search and found nothing on this interview. It is a rather well written peice coming from the LA Times.

This makes my blood boil. I would not want to be in Border Patrol with the ATF watching my back.

For 15 months, Howard did as he was told. To customers with phony IDs or wads of cash he normally would have turned away, he sold pistols, rifles and semiautomatics. He was assured by the ATF that they would follow the guns, and that the surveillance would lead the agents to the violent Mexican drug cartels on the Southwest border.

"Was I betrayed?" he said. "Absolutely yes."

This outrage has betrayed all of us. What sane government requires its law-abiding citizens to commit felonies in furtherance of "upholding the law" ???
