What a MASSIVE safety failure. The only real safety is trigger discipline - thumb safeties, mag disconnects, all other mechanical devices are prone to failure and are secondary at best.

I wish it was still around so that people could see it but the key points were:
him pointing it at himself even after he showed us there was a round chambered.
