I have both. The SR is fine but, you can see the differences in metal thickness, now loose it fits, and other "inexpensive" differences. The Harris is a more sturdy and solid bipod. That said, I have had no issues with the SR, the Harris is just a nicer piece. -
i had one come apart on me the other day on a display gun.
Never had an issue with harris and i own two.Buy my EO Tech XPS3-0!!!
For those nutjobs who like to use the word "gouge"
Note: I did not write the above article.
Any carpenters in Socal want a side project?

Go with the Harris. I learned that the hard way. You can get them on sale at Midwayausa for a decent price.Originally posted by shollingSomeone else's lack of foresight and planning is no reason for you to take less than the current market value despite all of the wailing and crying for 2nd Amendment socialism and welfare pricing.Comment

I haven't had any problems with my Shooter's Ridge yet. You are right, the price is hard to beat.www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.Comment

Mine broke just the last range trip. Go with a harris or you will just spend more later on.Comment
