No love for the .25acp? Thats a bit harsh; it actually has a couple advantages over a .22lr for functioning in semi-automatic handguns.

Centerfire ignition is more positive than rimfire ignition, and semi-rimmed rounds feed better from magazines than rimmed rounds do; theres a reason we don't have 9mm rimfire ammunition.

I'll have to agree with you there. That is an awkward, awkward round. Only Glock makes firearms in .45 GAP.

Oh man, the .25ACP. I still remember buying my Beretta 21A and the sales guy trying to talk me out of getting it in that caliber. Well I didn't listen and I bought it.

Needless to say, I haven't shot it very much, but I can always hold my head up high and say I belong the .25ACP club.

                  Whoo Hooo!

.32 S&W long, followed closely by its little brother the .32 S&W. Both use a bunch of powder, lead, brass and a good size gun compared to say a .22lr and deliver less power and abysmal penetration. A thick winter coat is cold steel armor to a .32 S&W.

the more modern and powerful interpretation of it in the .327 magnum and .32H&R magnum are more suitable to whatever job they might be put to.

The Dardick "Tround". While seemingly insightful, turned out to be a dud.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself...A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."......Cicero

What about those caseless rounds that used electronic ignition? If you didn't stock up when ammo was available, right now your rifle is a very expensive wood and blued steel club!
