Colt AR15 rebuild kits - value?

What are original old school Colt rebuild kits worth??

20 rd - all metal - metal follower.

30 rd - metal mag but looks like composition follower.

Looking to put a few on the 'for sale' block.

Just wonder what's a fair price to ask.

20 rd Colt rebuild kits are bound to be worth more, since those are less common than the 30 rounders (everyone and anyone has 30 rounder kits for sale).

I can't figure a price though, I suppose you could look around and see what others are selling their kits for and price accordingly, although Colt has that "name brand" advantage.

sell them in ban states like New York. By NYS law the only large capacity magazine you can own is one made prior to 9/1994. So they pay a premium for magazines made before that date.

The 30's probably arent worth more than $15 as they (the company formerly known as Labelle) still makes them. The 20, perhaps more for nostalgic reasons. I remember buying shoeboxes full of them in the 90's for $3 each

Most new COLT 20rd mags sell for 20-25 bux....new 30rd mags 15-20 bux...
If they were made prior to 94...might be worth a lil more in ca...

I sold a bunch of them back in 2008 or so...

I can't remember exactly what I got for them but IIRC it was in the $35 range... old colt 30's are kind of hard to come by as they can be sold in states like NY.

CA doesnt care when they were made... yesterday, today or 25 years ago is the same thing.

In New York (a Ban State) when it was manufactured determines if it can be legally owned.
