    Utah Bound!

I have sadly left the great state of Kalifornia and have been forced to remove all bullet buttons, as well as reclaiming that pristine HK-91 which had been held hostage at my Brother's. My Wilson and Knights armament uppers are finally mated back with the lowers that immigrated out of the state during the nonsense years; we're all a happy family again. You know you're in a friendly state when the first day at the range, (which happened during my house-hunting trip), two young lads are next to me with a full-auto MP-5. Sorry to leave the beaches and mountains of my home state, very happy to leave the stupid gun laws and poor political leadership. Molon Labe!

We feel your pain of having to remove the BB from your weapons. Perhaps one day, we can all experience the same stress and rejection you are now experiencing. Jealous in PRK

      Congratulations on your escape.

      Enjoy your (somewhat) greater freedom.
People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

Watch out that too many Californians don't follow you there and end up changing it into California.

No beaches, but the mountains there in Utah are pretty nice. The snow's much better than the Sierra Cement we get. Too bad I only live there part time. Glad you're able to make the transition.

Not going to happen. I've seen a lot of change in Utah the past 15 years, but until the Mormons start thinking politically like Methodists, I would expect Utah to stay more conservative than most of the Union! Say what you will about Mormon influence in Utah, it does keep Californication at bay.

What part of Utah do you call home? I've got family all over - from St. George to Honeywell and everywhere in between. Just gimme a few more months and I'll be joining you in Deseret

I spent a year in Utah one night

May the Bridges I burn light the way.

Fewer people are killed with all rifles each year (323 in 2011) than with shotguns (356), hammers and clubs (496), and hands and feet (728).

Now only if they would make polygamy legal again.

I've been to SLC and I thought that place sucked. I don't know what's on the other side of the mountain tho. What's the liquor laws there?
